Weekly Meal Prep

Whether it's one night a week, twice a month, or a weekly afternoon of preparing multiple meals for reheating throughout the week, we have your meal prep needs covered. We are currently accepting meal prep clients Monday through Friday on a weekly or monthly basis. Typically we arrive between 2 and 3pm and are finished between 5 and 6pm. Our price fluctuates based on the number of meals prepped and the number of family members. A typical cost for three meals for a family of four is $200 plus the cost of groceries.
