Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come up and plans change. Here's how cancellations and reschedules are handled.
01Deposit
Securing your date requires a deposit of the greater of $350 or 20% of the quoted total.
025+ days before your event
Cancel or reschedule at least five days before the event date, and your full deposit is refunded.
03Within 5 days of your event
Cancellations or reschedules made within five days of the event forfeit the deposit.
04Day-of or day-before cancellations
Cancelling or rescheduling the day of or the day before the event means the full quoted price for the event is charged.
05Guest count
We'll confirm your final guest count five days before the event — that's the number you're charged for, even if fewer guests attend.
